- Moleskin or similar 3 ½” X 3 ½”
- Tweezers
- Duct tape 5’
- Adhesive tape, minimum 1’ roll
- (8) Band-ads (1”)
- (4) 1” X 4” or larger gauze pads
- Antibacterial pads (8) or ointment

Bike repair kit: (minimum 4 patches & tool)

Canoe (Encouraged to find your own)

Additional Notes
Bring warm clothes (prepare for cold).
Bring soap, towels, etc for showers (we will provide quarters).
Race will start and finish at Nara Trailhead. Bring your bike with you to the race start.
Canoes need to go to the city Gazebo/Pavilion by Super 8 also known as East Houghton Park- Before 10am Race day. Volunteers will be there to welcome your canoe.
